Various healthy food groups
It's important to nourish our body with all the vital ingredient, there fore you have to include the food which belong to the main food groups. The main 5 food groups are :-
Fruits
Vegetables
Cereals & pluses
Dairy
Poultry, fish and meat products.
Always be careful to have a well balanced diet because it ensures your body to have essential vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber.
Root for many diseases is having lack of balanced diet, therefore to enjoy a healthy life style you must include the food from main food groups.
The quantity which needed from each food group will vary from person to another by their age, activity level,body size and gender.

Vegetable are really good health. If you have are eat vegetables regularly then mostly you getting all vitamins.They also have necessary minerals, and fiber that may help protect you from chronic diseases.

I think that vegetable are really very good for our health, there are many fruits and vegetables are available but I think that eaten in the right quantities, form the foundation of a healthy diet. Having a sliced banana with your morning cereal is really good for health.

Fruit and Vegetable are goods for increase Vitamin in your body as well. It is also hand to increase Blood in your Body.
