My age is 22 Years old. My weight is 140 kg. I want to reduce my weight. which Exercise and Recipe is good for weight Losing Purpose?

so you should do exercise and also eat low calories foods
eat only protein diet food

Drink Lots of Water
Take a Balanced Diet
Exercise Everyday
Have a light dinner, two to three hours before sleeping. This will aid in digestion.

Hi,
Your weight is so much as a compare to your age. You have to do lot of workout and just take a balance diet. Consult to a doctor. Make sure that you must follow diet plan. You also try HCG diet plan.

I think you must be try green tea 4 to 5 time in day.
drink more in more water in day you must be start
running on daily bases it must be help you in reduce
weight.

It glad to be post in these forum and follow the diet schedule for losing the weight are as follows.
1)Decide when you are going to eat. Part of making a diet schedule work is actually scheduling when to eat. Training your body to eat at the same times every day will help with problems such as hunger or fatigue.
