X, female, 41 years old, five months ago, patients suffering from a cold, after that,start bilateral nasal obstruction and runny nose, has not disappeared, the most since the three months, bilateral neck feel uncomfortable, tense feeling, can to work , the impact of the work.

Clinical examination: cervical spine normal appearance, in all directions all the functions of the normal, but it raises uncomfortable neck, highly sensitive point in the bilateral tenderness supraclavicular fossa, x-ray found no abnormal . diagnosis, bilateral carotid soft tissue damage.

Treatment: after a period of time treatment, the patient's symptoms disappeared.
